FedEx Shipping Problems this Week
Tuesday, January 22nd, 2008FedEx has informed us that they were having technical difficulties on their end fulfilling our shipping rate requests. We know a few orders got through our checks and balances and into our completed order bin with no shipping costs. We will be contacted the owners of those orders and correcting the shipping error to make sure all orders get out as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, we have taken steps to correct the problems that we found on our end to notify the user of a FedEx Shipping Rate problem so this type of confusion can be prevented in the future. I am greatly sorry for this inconvenience and look to get this resolved with FedEx ASAP.
