Q. How long do the Red Candy Apples last for?
A. The Red Candy Apples last for 5 days from the day we create them. This is why we plan our cooking/shipping days to give our customers the most amount of time to eat and enjoy our Red Candy Apples.

Q. How long do the Caramel Based Apples last for?
A. The Caramel Based Apples last for 7 days from the day we create them. By the time a Caramel Based Apple arrives on your door step, you have about 4-5 days to eat and enjoy the apple or give it away as a gift.

Q. Do you create your own candy apples?
A. Yes, we make all of our own caramel and create each apple you see on our site.

Q. Can you send any free samples?
A. Unfortunately, we can not send free samples due the cost of shipping. However, if you are placing an order and wish to try a sample, we would be more than happy to include a free sample.

Q. Do you ship packages to international destinations?
A. At this time we only ship to the United States.

Q. How should I store the apples and other store made products?
A. We would prefer you keep all of our products at room temperature. (72° degrees Fahrenheit) Always keep our products out of direct sun light.

Q. Can I delete items from my shopping cart if I change my mind?
A. Yes, you can add and delete as many products from your shopping cart anytime before you complete the checkout process.

Q. Why is my shopping cart still empty after I try to add an item?
A. Minor errors like this happen from time to time. Please try to add the product to your cart again. If the problem continues, please close your browser window and log back onto the site to try again. If you are still having trouble, please contact us.

Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. As long as the order has not already been shipped, you can contact us please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.

Q. Who is Black Cat Technologies and why is it on my credit card bill?
A. Black Cat Technologies is our parent company. We use the same credit card processor to keep accounting costs down as well as make it easier for us to manage, instead of having multiple financial accounts for the same base company.
